Governance

RomandIX is a non-profit association governed by the Swiss Civil Code. The general assembly of members is the supreme body. The steering committee exercises management power and represents the association to third parties.

  • Committee term of office: 2 years, renewable
  • Committee meetings: at least quarterly
  • Annual general assembly: every year, in autumn
